Overview
Amridge University is an online university affiliated with the Churches of Christ that offers Bachelor's, Master's and Doctoral degrees in both the arts and sciences. Amridge University's students receive an education that aligns with Christian heritage and ideals. It has offered online education since 1993. Students can enroll in one of five schools, the College of General Studies, College of Business and Leadership, School of Continuing Education, School of Human Services, and Turner School of Theology, depending on their interest and desired degree. Students access courses by logging into a web interface with a login and password.

All of their programs are offered online, which allows busy students and working professionals to fit their education into their schedule without sacrificing their other commitments, provided they meet assigned deadlines. Financial aid is available for those who qualify. Amridge University is military-friendly; the school is a participant in the Yellow Ribbon program, accepts military education benefits such as the Post 9/11 GI Bill and accommodates military deployment.

Accreditation
Amridge University is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. Its Turner School of Theology is an Associate Member of the Association of Theological Schools.
