Overview
Florida Christian College (FCC) is a four-year undergraduate college that requires a Bible emphasis of all who earn a degree. Through LEADOn, its online degree completion program, the school offers Bachelor of Arts and the Bachelor of Science degrees in Christian Ministry. A combination of Bible and leadership courses for those interested in becoming better Christian leaders in both the church and workplace, LEADOn is also designed for adults who have life circumstances that prevent them from attending traditional courses. Whether a student seeking to pursue full-time ministry, improve his/her knowledge of the Bible, or to simply complete a Bachelor's degree, the virtual program is designed to help accomplish the enrollee's ministry and career goals.

Student Appeal
Enrollees can complete their degree on-line, no matter where they live or what their work schedule is, finishing coursework at their convenience. LEADOn programs can be completed in less than two years (six semesters), in 8-week courses. The qualified instructors provide a solid Christian education that mirrors FCC's campus-based degree programs. Students develop a strong Christian world view and acquire practical skills applicable in their chosen ministry as well as in almost any employment setting.

Federal financial aid is available to eligible students, which includes Pell Grant, Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (FSEOG), Federal Work-Study Program (FWS), Parent PLUS Loan, and Subsidized and Unsubsidized Loan.

    This specialization great benefits those who desire to function as a discipleship minister, or wish to pursue graduate work in pastoral counseling, social work, or counseling psychology. This program trains enrollees to critique the Behavioral Sciences through the lens of a Christian world view, demonstrate preparedness for pastoral leadership in a church or human services agency setting, grasp the major assumptions and principles of psychology, and apply strategies of intervention to self and others for the enhancement of personal growth.

    Students of this program build the skills necessary for pastoral ministry in the local church or leading a nonprofit/para-church organization. This specialization enables graduates to effectively work with diverse approaches to managing a non-profit organization and its personnel, as well as viewing the activities of the non-profit organizations from a Christian ethic/worldview.
