Overview
Saint Francis University, founded in 1847, is the first Franciscan college and one of the first Catholic colleges established in this country. Today, St. Francis offers twenty-five undergraduate and seven graduate majors under the vision of combining spiritual guidance, formal academic preparation, and community service to achieve educational excellence. As a liberal arts institution committed to transmitting the knowledge, culture, and values of the past in facing the realities of life in the 21st century, St. Francis now provides online degree programs to help students all over the world chart a realistic course for the future -- their own and that of society.
Student Appeal
Students can work at their own pace, with the option to accelerate learning by taking two courses at a time, which enables them to graduate in less than a year. The courses are available 24/7 so enrollees may log in anytime, day or night. The 30-credit Master of Health Science program is a Healthcare Administration degree that is offered entirely online. This program allows most full-time employed students to study and complete the courses required within two years.
Financial
Federal financial aid is available, such as Pell Grant, Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant, and Subsidized/Unsubsidized Stafford loan.
