Overview
Founded in 1913, SUNY (State University of New York) Delhi features technology-based education that includes specialized certificates, more than 40 associate degree programs and 13 distinctive baccalaureate programs, several of which have earned state and national reputations for excellence. The school also offers online, hybrid, and web-enhanced classes through Moodle, also known as "Vancko Hall." These programs are designed for students who want to earn their degree while they are working. Online majors afford the flexibility of getting an education on one's own schedule and can be completed either part-time or full-time without a residency requirement. Student Appeal
Job responsibilities, family obligations, tight schedule, or heavy traveling is no longer a barrier with SUNY Delphi Online Education courses. All programs offer the same excellent instructors, education, and accreditation students would receive on campus, but with the added convenience and flexibility of being available to them at home, at the office, or on the road. Enrollees can advance in a program part-time or full-time, with opportunities to begin the program in Fall, Spring, or Summer semesters, through easy-to-use, web-supported classes backed with technical assistance. Additional online upper-division liberal arts courses are also available to complement their studies.

    This program is designed to train students to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, maintain complex electrical control systems, or climb to new heights in the electrical utility industry. Participants enhance their electrical skills through the hands-on and classroom study of motors, controllers and electrical systems design, following a course that emphasizes electrical maintenance, layout, and installation. Additional topics include blueprint reading, mathematics, electrical theory, AC/DC theory, AC/DC motors, AC motor frequency devices, controllers and programmable logic controllers, solid-state theory, electronic control devices, electro-mechanical devices, and other subjects integral to electrical construction and instrumentation.

    Students of this management-based curriculum acquire the knowledge, information, and skills necessary to practice as a veterinary manager or hospital administrator.
    Prerequisite:
    Completion of an AVMA-accredited program of Veterinary Technology with a minimum grade point average of C (2.00 on a 4.00 scale) or better and be a licensed veterinary technician; or be licensed eligible; or be a certified laboratory animal technologist (LATG) with a two-year degree; or be a certified surgical research technician (SRT) with a two-year degree.
